You can cancel your deliveries as needed, there is no contract. You can also try our non-subscription option, the one-time purchase on product page.

Unfortunately, AfterPay doesn’t allow for subscription purchases. It is only available for one-time purchases.

Coupons can only be used on one-time purchases. If you receive a specific email regarding an subscription coupon, you can redeem your code.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your first delivery to arrive. After that, after every successful renewal we’ll ship your products.

If it has been longer than 5 days please let us know by reporting a missed delivery through the Contact Us form.

To view the full details for a subscription:

  1. Go to the My Account page.
  2. Go to the Subscriptions page.
  3. Select the View button next to the subscription in the Subscriptions table; or
  4. Click the subscription number under the Subscription column in the Subscriptions table.


No worries – It is very simple.

Go to My Account → View Subscription page for a single subscription. On this page, the you’ll view the subscription’s:

  • Status
  • Start date, trial end, next payment and end date (if any)
  • Line items, including products, shipping, fees and taxes
  • The total amount charged each renewal
  • Payment method
  • Order history, including the original order used to purchase the subscription (if any), renewal orders and orders placed to upgrade or downgrade the subscription
  • Contact email and phone number
  • Billing and shipping addresses

Absolutely! If you’re already subscribed to one of our products and want to add more, simply select the subscription type at product level and check  “Add to an existing subscription”.

This will automatically add it to your existing subscription, saving money on Shipping.

Once the payment is debited from your account, the order will be processed and shipped the next business day.
