Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.

Prize:
The prize is one Ninja SLUSHi™ Frozen Drink Maker valued at approximately $549.99 AUD.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize, including delivery, assembly, or registration, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on 10/3/26 at 3.00pm at Soulfresh Head Office.
The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram or TikTok within 5 days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw for a replacement winner.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
